Please note that, due to the very intimate and personal nature of its products and the potential for those products (if they were ever shared) to harbor and spread disease, Tether Products cannot accept returns and all sales, once they leave TP’s premises, are final.

Order Processing, Cancellations and Adjustments

Tether Products generally endeavors to process and ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt (except weekends and holidays when the post office is closed). During this short processing period, four different scenarios may foreseeably arise:

• You placed an order, but had second thoughts and now wish to cancel that order in its entirety. If this situation arises, please contact Tether Products immediately by clicking on this link, Customer Service Form, and request cancellation of your original order, giving the identifying particulars of your order like name, address, date and transaction number. Wait for confirmation or a reply. If the request is received in time, TP will immediately cancel the order and issue a refund, minus the non-refundable transaction fee (typically $0.30) that TP must pay to PayPal for the original purchase. Tether Products and PayPal process refunds without delay, but how soon the funds appear back on your credit/debit card or bank balance will depend on your bank or credit card company.

 

• You placed an order and now wish to add further items to that order rather than place a second order, in order to avoid the additional shipping & handling charges that a second order would entail. If this situation arises, please contact Tether Products immediately by clicking on this link, Customer Service Form, and request placement of a temporary hold on your first order pending the arrival of a second order, being sure to give the identifying particulars of your first order like name, address, date and transaction number. Wait for a reply. TP will inform you whether or not the request was received in time and, if so, give you a 24-hour window of opportunity to place a second order through the normal PayPal channel. Orders cannot be directly added-to by email, but rather only by placing a second order thru PayPal. If a second order is received within that 24-hour window, TP will immediately refund, in full, the shipping and handling charge that was automatically added to that second order and ship both orders together. If the second order is not received within the allotted time, the orders will be shipped separately and charged accordingly. You must contact TP to request combining of two orders and only two orders may be combined.

 

• You placed an order and now wish to remove one or more items from that order. If this situation arises, please contact Tether Products immediately by clicking on this link, Customer Service Form, and request removal of the specific item(s), giving also the identifying particulars of your order like name, address, date and transaction number. Wait for confirmation or a reply. If the request is received in time, TP will immediately remove the specified item(s) from your order and issue a commensurate refund. How soon the funds appear back on your credit/debit card or bank balance will depend on your bank or credit card company.

 

• One or more of the items that were in your order are found, during processing by Tether Products, to be discontinued or out-of-stock. Normally the Order Pages will be an accurate reflection of stock on hand, but it may happen that stock runs out before a page can be updated. If this happens, you will be notified by email and given the option of receiving only those items that are available, or canceling the entire order. Either way, pursuant to your reply, Tether Products will issue a full commensurate refund without deduction for any fees that PayPal charges TP on the transactions. If you do not reply to Tether Products’ email within 24 hours, those items that are in stock will be automatically shipped, but please note that out-of-stock items will not be backordered for later delivery. Tether Products has no easy way of processing backorders without tying up customers’ money for lengthy indeterminate periods. You will have to re-order, if or when the out-of-stock items become available again on the Order Page.

 

The above only applies to foreseeable events. Hopefully it will never happen, but if Tether Products is responsible for screwing up an order, or if you receive a defective product, contact TP by clicking on this Customer Service Form link and TP will do everything possible and within reason to make things right.

Note: To reduce spam, Tether Products' direct email addresses are not given out and the links to the Customer Service Form and Customer Feedback Form on this page will only work if you have legitimately entered the website. Otherwise they will just send you right back to this same page.

Customer Feedback

Tether Products relies on customer feedback to expand the size range of existing product lines and to develop new products. If you have need of a particular size of a product that is not currently offered, or an idea for a new product, please let Tether Products know via this link, Customer Feedback Form.

Please be aware that this contact link should only be used for specific comments, requests and suggestions of a commercially helpful or informative nature. Tether Products would prefer that you reserve your general praise and accolades (or criticisms and dislikes, if you have any) for public forums like those that can be found at newart.com, smartstim.com, zity.biz, lpsg.org and the like, where they will be seen by others. Comments submitted to Tether Products via the Customer Feedback Form will only be seen and used by Tether Products and will generally not be published.

User Forums

There are no longer any plans to establish a users' forum on this website. Instead, users are encouraged to join the Tetherspout Users group at FetLife.com. Basic membership is free and members have the freedom to post photographs and participate in any discussions they wish. Tether Products may from time to time contribute to these discussions but generally has no control over them and is simply another member.
